Charlie, I love you.
I’ve decided giving the baby a unisex name will help me grieve better. I highly dislike using ‘it’ to describe my child. Charlie was so beautiful.
I never got to hold my child, or see my child in person. I never got to tell my child “I love you.” I never got to feel my child kicking or hiccuping inside my womb, but it sure does feel like I lost the world today.
